Returns
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Altered garments
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces
- Items returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale
How to Return an Item
To begin a return, please contact us at:
info@latheevah.com or returns@latheevah.com within 3days after delivery.
Include your order number and a brief reason for return.
We will guide you through the next steps.
Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives in a faulty or incorrect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear images and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Alterations
Items that have been altered through our service are non-refundable.
We take care to ensure all alterations are completed to a high standard, and we will always work with you to address any concerns.
